If you think were exposed to COVID-19 or have symptoms related to COVID-19 (cough, fever, body aches, fatigue), please reschedule your appointment by contacting the clinic or online and state your reason. Please follow up with your primary care provider about getting tested and taking appropriate quarantine measures prior to rescheduling your appointment.
